Real Estate Development
For over 20 years, our Principals have honed their expertise in developing, acquiring, and repositioning retail projects with national tenants such as Sprouts, Safeway, Fry’s, Target, Lowes, Ross, Petco, and many others. Our extensive experience in the consumer multi-unit space includes overseeing site selection, lease negotiation, development, buildout, and operation of various projects.
In addition, our Principals bring senior leadership experience from Hillstone Restaurant Group and Common Ground Culinary Company. Notable achievements include the development of Canopy Hilton Oldtown, the planned Autograph Collection Hotel in Downtown Tempe, and the acquisition of a Hyatt House hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Through predecessor entities, our Principals have been instrumental in the entitlement, development, and acquisition of approximately 5,000 multifamily/residential rental units in Phoenix and Tucson.
